  1. Full-Stack Developer

    • Built VendOut, a fleet management portal where teams send vehicles to repair vendors, dispatch drivers, and track each job until the car returns.
    • Developed the platform from scratch to production.
    • Developed the web app with React 19, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind on Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Realtime, Storage), with 55 migrations and role-based access across 7 roles.
    • Built AI work order intake with Gemini and a Claude fallback, plus VIN decoding and recall checks through the NHTSA API.
    • Created a dispatch Command Center with AI route optimization, shuttle and round-trip planning, and fair driver scheduling.
    • Shipped a vendor quote and approval workflow, a configurable job workflow engine, and live dashboards and reports.

    Project overview

    TravelSynthPH is a comprehensive travel booking and itinerary planning application designed to simplify the way users plan and manage their trips across the Philippines. The platform combines hotel booking, flight booking, and travel package reservations into one seamless experience, while also offering AI-powered itinerary planning through Gemini AI. Users can generate smart travel itineraries tailored to their preferences and budget, or manually customize plans to suit their needs. The app integrates real-time booking confirmations, secure payments, and dynamic itinerary management to ensure a smooth and reliable travel experience.

    On the backend, TravelSynthPH leverages Firebase for authentication, data synchronization, and push notifications, ensuring security and real-time updates. For administrators, the system provides robust tools such as user management, quotation approvals, booking oversight, audit logs, and transaction reporting with PDF export functionality. Altogether, TravelSynthPH delivers a complete end-to-end solution for both travelers and administrators, blending modern technology with the convenience of all-in-one travel management.

    Key features

    • AI itinerary planning: Intelligent trip planning powered by Gemini AI, offering personalized recommendations for activities, destinations, and schedules based on user preferences and budget.
    • Real-time booking: Instant booking confirmation for hotels, flights, and travel packages, with live availability synced through Firebase.
    • Secure payments: Integration with PayMongo (test mode), providing multiple payment methods with strong security and fraud protection.
    • Location services: GPS-based recommendations with offline map support, city/province filters, and dynamic polylines for travel routes.
    • Smart notifications: Real-time updates on bookings, travel alerts, and admin messages via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
    • Admin controls: Tools for managing users, monitoring bookings, and maintaining audit logs for transparency.

    My role and contributions

    Frontend development

    • Designed and implemented responsive UI using FlutterFlow, ensuring accessibility across mobile devices.
    • Built interactive booking flows for hotels, flights, and travel packages, guiding users smoothly through search, selection, and checkout.
    • Implemented dynamic data-driven components, such as itineraries, maps with polylines, calendars, and custom widgets (e.g., place picker).
    • Optimized app performance and load times by refining queries, minimizing widget rebuilds, and enhancing user interactions.
    • Integrated AI-driven itineraries with Gemini AI to generate personalized travel plans.

    Backend integration

    • Configured Firebase Authentication and Firestore to handle secure user accounts, booking records, and real-time updates.
    • Integrated a payment gateway (PayMongo) for seamless and secure online transactions within the app.
    • Developed automated booking workflows (e.g., status updates for hotels, flights, cancellations, and quotations).
    • Created and managed API endpoints for external services (maps, location filters, geolocation-based itineraries).
    • Maintained real-time data synchronization across booking modules to ensure consistency between user and admin sides.

    Project overview

    A fleet repair and dispatch platform that replaces spreadsheet and phone-call coordination between fleet teams, vendors, and drivers. I work directly with the founder to design and develop it.

    My role and contributions

    • Collaborate with the founder to design and develop the platform for web and mobile.
    • Build and maintain features across the Flutter mobile app and the React web app, with Supabase as the shared backend.
    • Contribute to product planning, UI/UX improvements, and feature implementation.

    Key features

    • Access and roles: passkey login, invite-only onboarding, 7 roles with rank checks, and Super Admin tools for onboarding and suspending organizations.
    • Fleet and jobs: filterable fleet table, AI-assisted intake from uploaded work orders, duplicate guards, live Days Down, parts tracking that auto-advances jobs, and PDF export.
    • Vendor network: vendor profiles, service categories, onboarding, mobile and express flows, and per-vendor dashboards.
    • Quotes: vendor quote builder, admin approve, decline, or revise review, payment authorization, and required invoice upload before completion.
    • Workflow engine: configurable step sequences per vendor category, with drag-to-reorder and automatic job progression.
    • Dispatch: inbound and outbound queues, suggested and manual routes, stop merging, driver invitations and acceptance locking, and AI insights.
    • Messaging: direct and project threads, a streaming AI assistant, rule-based automatic messages, and live notifications.
    • Reporting: admin dashboard, shop workload, calendar, and an efficiency score from live branch data.
